Responsibilities:

Sales Results:  Meet and exceed quota/revenue target for net sales, customer repairs, accessories, and enhanced services.  Demonstrate equipment functions and features.  Perform evaluations of existing customer equipment and propose solutions that best benefit the company and the customer.

Customer Retention: Maintain and grow existing customer base and manage churn.  Contact existing customers for contract renewals, and various equipment, accessory, and service upsell opportunities.  Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve all customer issues and concerns.

Order Processing: Accurately process customer transactions, and follow through until installation.

Training/Meetings:  Responsible for thorough knowledge of all company products.  Remain current on all offered products, services, industry and competitive trends.  Attend all applicable trainings/meetings.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma required.
Some College preferred.
1-2 years experience in a telecommunications and/or IT sales environment preferred.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communications skills.
PC proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word required.
Ability to analyze customer needs, present solutions and add value through delivery of products and services.
The ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
Effective negotiation and closing skills.
